Independent Product Design Consultant

• Lead end-to-end product design, partnering with global teams to solve complex business problems in creative, simple, and intuitive ways.
• From initial brainstorming and user research to the final build and delivery, I make sure design decisions are clear, collaborative, and always focused on the user while also giving value to the business or other stakeholders.

Lead Product Designer

• I was responsible for brainstorming, interviewing users, ideating solutions, and designing high-quality prototypes (iteratively) of a customer warrant legal software to manage cases. This resulted in client acquisition during the pre-sales period, $1M+ in revenue, plus project expansion promises. In this project, the team and I delivered a high-quality product in less than 3 months.
• Launched an AI-assisted lawyer selection tool for Zeus in 6 weeks that improved lawyer-matching accuracy to 85%, enhanced decision-making for legal assistants and paralegals, accelerated customer conversations, and contributed to a $100K innovation prize win.
• Led the entire design process and delivered customer demos of a high-quality SaaS product (matter management tool) for Rhea, one of the biggest real estate management and investment companies, converting test users into long-term paying clients with 30+ enrolled users at launch.
• Designed an email solution that helped Solis reduce email storage space (10GB per user), ease information sharing, and increase adoption of a contact management system and legal request portal - replacing email - with the help of AI and an intuitive UI.
• Led user research and design strategy for Cobalt to launch a resource management tool used by 40+ users, introducing workload tracking and information-visibility features that tripled user logins, reduced burnout through thoughtful UX, and contributed to revenue growth and long-term client retention.
• Used AI tools and public sources to maintain Hence's design system and brand identity across products, while collaborating with a senior design consultant to revamp design processes - enhancing consistency, reducing design-dev friction, and improving turnaround time from days to hours.

• Using Palantir Foundry and Figma, I ideated solutions and created quick demos that reduced the number of iterations and saved engineers hours instead of days.
• Responsible for prototyping end-to-end workflows for an AI platform delivering actionable insights tailored to each role in an organization - surfacing political, regulatory, and unexpected market fluctuations affecting businesses around the world - which resulted in 100+ signups in the first 12 weeks.

Product Designer

• Designed a platform helping foreigners navigate Rwanda's address system, converting street numbers into structured Village/Cell/Sector/District/Province/City breakdowns.
• Researched, prototyped, and tested a Chrome extension, save feature, and audio narrator that increased user efficiency by 100%.

• Researched and prototyped a platform connecting households with service experts (masons, plumbers, constructors), achieving 80% customer satisfaction in user testing.
