Designing solutions for complex problems
I'm passionate about problem-solving through design, be it assessing and analyzing root causes, creating systems, or building end-to-end solutions across AI-powered platforms, automated workflows, and decision-support tools for enterprise teams in legal, insurance, and healthcare, just to name a few. My approach is human-centered yet systems-driven, carried from research and prototyping through to design systems and cross-functional delivery while streamlining operations, help with better decision making, and less friction between the designed solution and the end users.

Zeus: AI lawyer matching
Responsible for the design of an AI-assisted lawyer selection tool for Zeus in weeks, that improved lawyer-matching accuracy to 85%, enhanced decision-making for legal assistants and paralegals, accelerated customer conversations and contributed to a $100K innovation prize win.
Understanding comes before decisions
Three habits I carry into every project, regardless of the client or the deadline.
Watch how the workflow happens today
Before I open any tools, I map the process as people actually run it today - the spreadsheets, the email chains, the workarounds - not the version written in a spec doc.
Cut to what actually matters
Enterprise workflows are complex and unstructured, so I remove what doesn't change a decision and keep what does; identifying the root cause of the problem, clear status, owner, deadline, and the two or three signals of success.
The creative process
Lastly I develop the structure, hierarchy, and an audit trail come together into a full package solution that holds up under real, regulated, high-stakes use, and launch, not just a prototype.
Some of my work
Here are some of my favorite work, each solving a different high‑stakes workflow for an enterprise client. This is just a selection and not the full scope, but I'm always looking to learn and grow beyond what I've shown here. Client names are hidden with code names due to NDA reasons.
where thinking becomes design
Whether I'm brought in as a designer, a problem solver, a researcher, or the person who takes a concept to a working prototype I always aim to create outputs/solutions that are both functional and meaningful.
I take responsibility for a problem end-to-end from; research, ideation, prototyping, and shipped UI, rather than handing off a file and moving on.
Design and the final output are treated as one continuous system, so the solution stays coherent from the first draft through the version that actually launches.
I craft solution that are thoughful and brings clarity, usability, and strong lasting systems. The process starts with how the workflow should actually work, the navigation, hierarchy, and roles, before it becomes visual design.
Through wireframes, research interviews, and iterative prototyping, I align what users need with what the business needs, so the result is structured, purposeful, and easy to navigate; even for a data-heavy enterprise tool.
I use and build AI tools to produce and deliver solutions across enterprise, which helps me create a working prototype fast, and spend most of the time crafting the solution.
In addition to that I also build systems within Design and other fields the same way in order to help cuts delivery time and unneeded steps.
